The foundations of Kızılkayalar Hamburger were laid in Taksim Square in 1972. The snack bar in Taksim, which we currently own, which was owned by a different operator at that time, was operated for 6 years after it was taken over completely by our family. As of 1978, as a fruit of the devoted and meticulous work of our family members, the snack bar came completely under the name of Kızılkayalar Family and its name was changed to Kızılkayalar Büfe. The Kızılkayalar Büfe, which is managed by our family, who has learned to the finest detail and follows the sectoral developments and carries this accumulation to the next level, is the first snack bar that offers meat doner to its customers in Taksim. The initiatives of our family, which set out to give a new perspective to the sector and made a difference, were not limited to this. As an indicator of our innovative perspective, our family has sought a unique alternative to products that have become widespread throughout the businesses serving in the field of snack bars. As a result of this search, steamed burger, the recipe of which belongs to us, started to be offered to our customers in our snack bar. The steamed burger, which has been carefully thought out from its special sauce to its meatballs and has reached its current form after months of trials, has been adopted so much by our customers that the name of our snack bar has been changed to Kızılkayalar Hamburger. As a result of the care taken by our family members, Kızılkayalar Hamburger has become a pioneer in a sector where fast and affordable consumption such as snack bar business is at the forefront. During this process, our family was not indifferent to the intense demands of our customers, and also commissioned the branches of Kadıköy, Bağdat Caddesi and Beşiktaş in addition to Taksim. Kızılkayalar Hamburger has become the most preferred snack bar in these centers in a short time. In the almost 50 years of history of Kızılkayalar Hamburger, which has no branch as a franchise, materiality has never been the first priority. Proceeding in the axis of taste, quality and customer satisfaction, the biggest gain of our family is that Kızılkayalar has become a culture. Our family has not made any attempt to harm this culture that has occurred in 48 years in the snack bar sector and 42 years under the name of Kızılkayalar and has always kept its sensitivity in this regard.
